Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly—rest assured, we'll notify you promptly if any delays occur. Our fulfillment network spans multiple strategic locations to optimize delivery speed for customers across supported regions.
Shipping Timeframe
Delivery windows vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipments generally reach most destinations within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Remote areas or international orders may require additional transit time due to customs clearance procedures.
Note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility, allowing you to monitor progress in real-time.
Shipping Costs
We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Your shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on order value:
- Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60
- Free Economy Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies to orders totaling $60 or more
Expedited shipping options may be available for select regions—check your cart page for real-time service availability and pricing.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most countries in North America, Europe, and parts of Asia-Pacific. Some restrictions apply to specific territories due to export regulations or carrier limitations. During checkout, our system will automatically validate your address eligibility.
For international orders outside our primary service zones, additional transit time and customs documentation may be required. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
All shipments include comprehensive tracking through our logistics partners. Within 24 hours of dispatch, you'll receive an email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- Direct links to carrier tracking portals
- Estimated delivery date
Can't locate your tracking information? Check your spam folder or log into your SmartCub account to view order status under "Purchase History."
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive for flawless delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather events, customs inspections, or carrier backlog. If your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please:
- Verify the tracking status for updates
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number
- Email our support team at [email protected] with your order details
We'll initiate a trace investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the resolution process. Eligible lost shipments will be reprocessed or refunded per our discretion.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country's regulations. These fees are separate from your order total and are typically collected upon delivery.
We recommend consulting your local customs office to estimate potential charges before placing orders. SmartCub cannot reimburse these third-party fees nor adjust declared values on commercial invoices.
For clarity: All shipments include accurate product descriptions and values as required by international trade laws. Refusing a package due to customs fees will result in standard return processing charges.
