You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Depending on your financial institution, this may take 5-10 business days from the date we process the refund.
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the transaction. If you have confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details and proof of return.
We will investigate any reported issues with refund processing and work diligently to resolve them. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to coordinate with your payment provider to trace the transaction.
